I realize this is highly unlikely to ever happen. But I’ll put it out anyway, you never know 
It would be nice to have the Qonic desktop app also work as a local IFC file viewer. The reasoning is: often we receive IFC models as files in email, on a file server, sharepoint, … Before we upload them into the Qonic project I need to do a quick verification. Is the model complete, what does it actually contain, … To find this out only after going through the steps of uploading it and waiting for the model to be processed is time consuming.
Currently we use other IFC viewer to do this task (BIMCollab Zoom mainly, but also BIMVision). I don’t mind too much to use a different viewer from time to time. But for many other users it is a big change to use Qonic the one minute and another viewer a little while later. Because they look so much different, navigation in the model is different, …
It would be so nice to have a local viewer that looks and handles the exact same as the cloud platform we rely on most of the time.
