I am going to make this a more general topic about the drawing creation and DWG extraction workflow. For now I only have one topic for discussion 
When exporting a DWG from a drawing, the DWG retains the elevation value. I think corresponding to the level at which the cutting plane is placed in the Qonic model. I like that a lot! Certainly if that is also the case for sections and elevations (which I think it does).
But something I don’t think is a good idea is to orient the model rotation (and possibly origin) to reflect the orientation of the section box.
In this image, I overlayed the IFC model with a DWG export created from Qonic. The green line is a certain wall in the DWG file. The blue line represents the same wall but then in the original model rotation.
For PDF and layout this is certainly desirable in certain cases! Often it is exactly what we want (for which we use scope boxes in Revit for example). But the exported DWG should - in my opinion - always follow the rotation and origin of the model origin, so that any DWG file that is exported from the project/model will always fit at the correct place when loading it together with the model itself.
