When a material has multiple material layers (and is not yet split to BuildingElementParts), the individual layers don’t show up in the list of materials in the browse or report panel:

Actually splitting the elements into layers will likely be a much better solution but to me that means also putting quite some time/effort into making fixing all kinds of small errors, …
