During an internal training I gave yesterday, I got some comments from first-time users about the quantity measure:
- To get a simple value from a single element, the user needs to do about 4-5 clicks. There are no shortcuts so even an experienced user cannot do this faster. I don’t have any proposal how to make this more fluent, but it would be great to reduce the clicks here!
- Once the quantity measure is active, each change (different type of measurement, adding/removing from the selection set) it is required to click the “Calculate” button again. We believe this should just go automatically. Only in the situation of a very large selection would it take a long time to calculate these values … But aren’t they pre-calculated and cached?
